We provide a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty on all smartphones. This covers any hardware defects or malfunctions that occur through normal use, giving you peace of mind with your purchase.
Are your smartphones unlocked and ready for any carrier?
Yes, all smartphones sold at Orchard are contract-free and factory unlocked. They are compatible with all major GSM and CDMA carriers worldwide.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your device, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in the same condition as when it was received.
What is included in the box with my phone?
Each phone is securely packaged and includes a high-quality MFi-certified charging cable and a SIM card ejection tool. To reduce electronic waste, wall adapters and headphones are sold separately.
How do you rate the cosmetic condition of the devices?
We use three distinct categories: 'Mint' (looks like new), 'Excellent' (micro-scratches only visible under light), and 'Good' (minor visible scuffs or scratches). All devices are 100% functional regardless of their cosmetic grade.
