Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Device
Back up your data, perform a factory reset, and ensure that 'Find My iPhone' or Google Factory Reset Protection is disabled.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the smartphone in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.
Inspection and Refund
